14-day money back

Not for you after all? Request a refund within 14 days of a charge and you get that money back. This covers a one-time purchase and the most recent subscription charge alike. No forms to argue with.

How to request one

Use the receipt email from our merchant of record, Paddle: it contains a link to manage the order, including refunds.
Or write to support@thereisnomouse.com from your purchase email with the order reference.

What a refund does

The refund returns the full amount of that charge via your original payment method. The license from that purchase stops working once the refund is processed.
